“My mother worked until she was 79 years old. She had a few good retirement years but when her health declined my family’s lives went into a tailspin. There were constant hospital visits, home assessments, agencies, visiting nurses, Medicare, rehab, insurance claims: a real catastrophe. Even through all of this suffering, my family constantly felt one step behind the situation. I learned that what you don't know can truly hurt you. That's why I got involved in healthcare, to make it better and easier to help keep your loved ones in their home.” Robert M.
