I have spent over two decades changing the face and efficacy of business through process improvement and design thinking. As a digital transformation evangelist, I understand that it is no longer enough to go from pen to keyboard; one must connect the dots from product/service development, through employee experience, to customer experience delivering value based outcomes at each phase. My passion for BPM (Business Process Management) as a discipline, and not just as a software tool, helps bridge the gap between business value and IT deliverables. I have been a staunch advocate of aligning IT with business goals and return on investment, and an advocate for BPM software solutions as a way to promote good business practices.
