About Me

I work with healthcare organizations in the Finger Lakes region to improve healthcare quality and outcomes by providing secure, reliable technical services that ensure providers have the right information in the right place at the right time. I also work with research partners to identify ways that clinical data in the health information exchange (HIE) can be used to support community and population health initiatives. I believe that analyzing outcomes related to healthcare delivery can help our region achieve the goals of the Triple Aim – better care for individuals, better health for populations and lower healthcare costs.
