About Me
Experienced GP Principal with a UK based education, medical degree and postgraduate training. Working full-time in inner-city Birmingham his special interest is managing patients with diabetes. Asad is the CQC lead at Omnia Practice. Recently he has been involved with developing the Universal Offer for Birmingham & Solihull (BSOL) CCG, on the Programme Board as locality lead for the East of the City. Asad also sits on the Birmingham Local Medical Committee (LMC). He is the Practice's GP liaison with Aston Medical School, taking medical students for their GP placements and leads in facilitating research with the Clinical Research Network (CRN) West Midlands for academic and commercial studies.
