As a leading gynecologist at the gynecology center in NYC, he provides highly personalized and comprehensive gynecological care to the patients in New York City and surrounding areas. His philosophy regarding the doctor/patient relationship is based on trust and has earned him the trust of his patients. Dr. Mariz was very active in teaching fellow residents and medical students, even being awarded several teaching awards such as “Teacher of the Year”, and later honorarily inducted into the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) after receiving an award for his excellence and proficiency in minimally invasive surgery.
