About Me

As President and CEO of Market Strategies, I have spent the last 20+ years consulting on public sector healthcare programs and have helped clients win contracts in excess of $25 billion. With experience in TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid, and Veteran's Health, I help clients with strategic positioning, organizational design, partnership development and operational design - all focused on winning business. I have a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master of Arts from Tai Sophia Institute (now Maryland University of Integrative Health). I am a certified personal trainer, a RYT-200 yoga teacher, a graduate of the Health Coach program from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is an AADP Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. I am currently contemplating doctoral programs in public health policy and the epidemiology of health and wellness (and bass lessons but that is another story entirely).
