    Comment : This seems like the perfect opportunity to teach visual art in an expressive way, to build self esteem, express emotions, and relax by using the artistic parts of your brain. Art is my therapy and helps me cope with life in a non destructive or threatening way. It would be wonderful to expose others to visual arts in an uplifting way too.
