Mr. Graham is a seasoned corporate finance and private equity investment professional, with 20 years experience focused in all areas of the private equity transaction cycle including investment strategy development, target selection, valuation, comprehensive due diligence, transaction negotiation and structuring, debt and equity private placements, capital structures, and sell-side and buy-side advisory. Mr. Graham has participated in over $500 million of transactions including, mergers and acquisitions, LBO’s, debt and equity private placements, restructurings and turnarounds. During his career in the private and public equity investment business, Mr. Graham has had direct investment responsibility on over $90 million and has had senior level operational responsibility at four companies held as portfolio investments.
