Entrepreneur with out of box thinking, founding team at two startups with both being acquired and one public on NASDAQ prior to acquisition, senior executive at another private company that went the path of profitability and cash flow positive and continues to grow. Focus on building long term customer success and relationships utilizing partners to drive or influence the business with a strong bent on vertically focused business than a horizontal play. Data driven execution with a focus on what drives return for the customer and partner which in turn drives my company's success. Global experience and relationships that continue to be leveraged. Unique areas of Experience :• Vertical focused Market Strategy: Utilizing trends and challenges in a given vertical to build a strategy that drives growth multipliers in a cookie cutter fashion. • ROI based Sales & Business Development: Using a ROI driven model to drive non traditional revenue generation, where Revenue not necessarily driven by product revenue but a combination of Service, Consumer and other revenue streams contributing to customer’s ROI. • Customer Success using Solution Selling: Understanding that a customer’s problems are not solved by one product set but the need to bring about adjacent technologies to complete the puzzle with an eye on long term ROI for the customer. • Partner driven Go-to-Market: Ability to leverage unique partner strengths, compensation and interests to drive sales and market multipliers to help drive revenue growth.
