The problem we solve: During a large-scale health crisis, the health care system (including but not limited to providers, government, and public health and community organizations) is faced with a sudden increase in patients who need help. They need tools to allow health care system easily stretch to meet patient needs and which are flexible enough to address changing circumstances and needs.
About our solution: First Outcomes CareBot triages patients for COVID-19 diagnosis and launches NurseBot to monitor patients recovering at home with COVID-19 or any other large-scale health crises at scale without error. NurseBot checks in with patients daily using text (smartphone, cellphone) or landline (voice interface) and asks them about their health, i.e., temperature, blood-oxygen, improvement of health, etc. An inference system then analyzes patient responses, and if it determines that a patient’s health is deteriorating, it transfers the call to a triage nurse in real-time.

Patients need to be monitored after they are discharged from hospitals or after an in-office procedure. HlthBots do so, the same as a nurse without tiring, get annoyed, or mistakes.
Hlthbots monitor patients after an office procedure or medication change. They detect if the patient is improving or deteriorating. Monitoring ensures the best possible patient outcomes. Because of their very advantageous economics, HlthBots can be used with every patient needing it, providing better outcomes otherwise not possible.
Further, when a health emergency strikes, HlthBots can monitor all at-risk patients, and detect those with deteriorating health. Providers can then focus on providing care to these patients
HlthBots allow hospitals to monitor every patient discharge at very advantageous economics, improving outcomes. When a disaster or a health emergency occurs hospitals can discharge patients to home care, freeing up beds. HlthBots to monitor the patient's health and alert if any patient's health deteriorates.
COVID Problem We Address
During a large-scale health crisis, the health care system (including but not limited to providers, government, and public health and community organizations) is faced with a sudden increase in patients who need help. They need tools to allow the health care system to easily stretch to meet patient needs and which are flexible enough to address changing circumstances and needs.
Our COVID Solution
First Outcomes HltBots address this gap, they allow health systems to instantly scale and respond to disasters. HlthBots monitor patients just as a nurse would, over a telephone. Their conversational AI asks the same questions as a nurse and understands patient spoken responses. An inference engine detects health declines and immediately triggers a call to a triage nurse.
Hlthbots scale easily, can call and check on patients many times a day, without error or fatigue, and at minimal costs. They free up nurses to attend to patients in hospitals and allow hospitals to discharge patients. They are programmable to meet any need; COVID, H1N1, even care of chronic patients in the face of natural disasters such as Hurricane Katrina.
