How CyberDoctor Works:
CyberDoctor is a web based platform that allows patients to communicate their issues or ailments with their doctors electronically and conveniently. The CyberDoctor model focuses on improving communication for providers and patients along five major metrics: education, treatment, reminders, symptoms and feedback.
Symptom Scan – When you have a symptom, like a headache or a cold, use Symptom Scan, which helps you to tell your physician exactly what they need to know. It takes you less than three minutes to complete online. When you’re done, you get a time stamp and our software tells you when you can expect a reply by.
Treatment Tracker – When you are confused about a pre-existing condition you may have, like diabetes or asthma, we have Treatment Tracker, an online form that outlines your condition & treatment. You can annotate the form with your physician, and let them know how you’re doing.
DocLogs – When you are curious about a medical condition or worried about a loved one, we have DocLogs, blogs published by physicians you know, that are reliable and easy to read. What better way to be informed about issues pertaining to you? Using WebMd and other information platforms are often too generic and inclusive. DocLogs allows you to get information from people you trust.

CyberDoctor makes it easier for patients to get in touch with and get meaningful results back from their doctors. Patient engagement is enhanced. Instead of having to go meet your doctor to have a fruitful conversation, fill out a form online and wait to initiate a discussion.
